Market Research & Analytics Manager for Kualalumpur, Malaysia

    Lead the development of high quality, relevant consumer insights to support marketing strategies, objectives and business principles at the regional levels. Act as a valued business counsel and key strategic planning resource for the assigned categories. 
    Work with Global Teams, Regional Teams and Country Teams to identify category information needs and establish the appropriate research programs. 
    Seek out and integrate learning across a wide variety of sources both on line and off line data (Ad hoc consumer research on line, ecommerce data, retail audit and competitive data) to identify consumer insights on which to develop strategies for existing brands and for new products/markets. 
    Develop and present actionable learnings and insights and recommendations based on solid consumer insights.

    Persuasively articulate those recommendations to influence the development of effective marketing strategies. 
    Design and manage multi-country research programs to address key issues on assigned categories. Oversee local research programs to ensure consistency, quality and effectiveness. 
    Lead the use of emerging and innovative techniques to develop deeper insights and more proactive identification of opportunities. 
    Leverages cost economies of scale and time by using secondary research, international learnings and supports and manages pan area research and information system initiatives.
