Senior Electrical Technician 

Qualification: 10th/ITI

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in the same field

Senior Elecromechanical  Technician

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in the same field
 

• Dismantling / Troubleshooting / Reassembling of multi stage pumps up to 2500 GPM
• Vibration analysis
• Bearing replacement / Pump Alignment / Impeller repairs including Grinding / Chamfering etc
• Troubleshooting of Industrial control panels / Differential Pressure systems
• Troubleshooting 

Senior Electrical Technician (ELEC-GENL-TEC)

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 03 to 05 years experience in the same field

Job Description:

1. Dismantling / Troubleshooting / Reassembling of multi stage pumps up to 2500 GPM
2. Vibration analysis
3. Bearing replacement / Pump Alignment / Impeller repairs including Grinding / Chamfering etc
4. Troubleshooting of Industrial control panels / Differential Pressure systems. Troubleshooting of Electromechanical interface equipment - Motorized Butterfly Valve, Solenoid Switches etc.

Team Leader - Civil

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in the same field

ELV Tradesman

Qualification: 10th/I.T.I./Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 03 to 05 years experience in the same field

ELV Technician

Qualification: Diploma

Job Description:

1. Knowledge of Network Cabling with CAT 5 / CAT 6 cables including termination / use of crimping tools
2. Troubleshooting of underground Optic Fiber Cabling including use of OTDR
3. Troubleshooting of Access Control System / Public Address System / CCTV systems
4. Knowledge of IF / RF / SMATV / EPABX systems

HVAC Technician

Qualification: 10th/ITI

Experience: Should have minimum 03 to 05 years experience in the same field

Job Description

1. Knowledge of refrigeration cycle
2. Maintenance / Troubleshooting of AHU / FAHU / FCU / VAV including component level repair.
3. Troubleshooting of Compressors of all types – Centrifugal / Screw / Reciprocating / Rotary
4. Identification of HP, LP switches and arriving at cut-in & cut-out pressures.
5. Identification of common, starting and running points on a sample compressor terminal
6. Identification of high, low, medium speeds on a 3-speed motor
7. Performing swaging, flaring & brazing operation on refrigerant pipes
8. BMS Literacy / Knowledge of staircase pressurization system / Localised & centralized extract systems. Identification / Interpretation of legends / symbols / diagrams related to HVAC systems.

Polisher 

Qualification: 10th

Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in the same field

Mason

Qualification: S.S.C. PASSED

Experience: Should have minimum 03 to 05 years experience in the same field

Furniture Carpenter

Job Description:

1. Troubleshooting of underground cable faults / streetlighting installations / Timer setting etc
2. Maintenance / Operation / Troubleshooting of distribution systems – LV Panels / MDB / SMDB etc
3. Lamp connections using Electronic ballast / Igniter / capacitor including MH Lamps
4. VFD Start, Stop & transferring to Bypass mode
5. ESB panel operation, Resetting of breaker during trip condition
6. Identification of types of faults in ACB / VCB / MCCB
7. DOL & Star Delta starter connection of Motor / Measurement of leakage current using leakage meter UPS / Charger & related control panel basic knowledge and operation procedure

Plumber

Qualification: I.T.I. PASSED

Experience: Should have minimum 03 to 05 years experience in the same field

Job Description:

1. Experience in underground pipelines – PPR / HDPE
2. Maintenance / Troubleshooting of pumps up to 50HP including Float Switch, Air lock, Dry run protection etc.
3. Troubleshooting of Auto-Flush systems / wash basin mixers / Auto-faucets
4. Installation of PVC / UPVC / PPR / HDPE Pipes for Water Supply / Drainage / Storm Water / Irrigation
5. Identification of general plumbing materials, various types of pipes and pipe fittings.
6. Servicing of Pressure Reducing Valve / Water Tank Inspections / Pump Alignment / Bearing replacement

AFL Tradesman

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 7 years experience in the same field
