• Western Nationals or Arabs with western education
• Civil Engineering graduate with 15 years of experience in handling infrastructure (Pipeline projects) and managing subcontractors as project manager in Civil structural projects (including steel structure, MEP, Finishing); Out of which minimum 5 years in UAE/Dubai
• Must be able to work collaboratively with internal / external groups such as engineering consultants, client representatives, sub contractors and project team to achieve business results.
