DESIGNATION : PROJECT ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION NOT SPECIFIED.

TECHNICAL SKILL
Load calculations & sizing of transformer, main distribution boards, sub-main distribution boards, distribution boards.
Load calculations & sizing of Generator, UPS & Batteries.
Designing of electrical layouts electrical single line diagram
Selection of HT & LT switchgear based on breaking, making & short time capacity.
Selection of HT & LT cables based on thermal, short circuit & voltage drop values.
Calculation of Short Circuit Current & Voltage Drop at each level of distribution.
Preparation of sectional drawings of HT & LT switches board and bus-bar sizing.
Good experience in electrical estimating and project management.. 
Ability to perform take-offs estimates from electrical drawings.

Experience in designing and installing power systems at buildings
Strong supervisory, time management, and coordination skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of National Electrical Code and National Building Code.
Ensuring ongoing works are as per the approved shop drawings.
Ensuring materials received at site are as per approved material submittals.
Raising necessary RFIs to client/consultant/main contractor.

Raising inspection request for material received at site and the work completion as per site 
progress.
Raising inspection request for ceiling closure, gypsum wall partitions & visuals inspections 
before cutting & chasing on block works.
Responsible for execution of work in accordance to local authority & safety requirements
Remarkable planning and organizational skills

JOB LOCATION : DUBAI (UAE)

SALARY PER MONTH: NEGOTIABLE
