    Diploma in Catering Management / Professional Cookery / Food Production
    4-6 years experience of which at least 2 years must be in Supervisory position in Hotel / Catering company.
    Must have good knowledge of Food related HSE, Food Hygiene, HACCP, Customer Satisfaction, Innovative Menu Planning and Cost Control without compromising on the quality and ability to lead a team of professionals.
