    JOB DESCRIPTION : WAITERS & COOKS

    Must have pleasant personalities
    Must have excellent communication skills
    Should have at least 2-3 years experience in a 4-5 star hotel
    Knowledge of service is a must
      JOB DESCRIPTION : PURCHASE ASSISTANT  

      Graduate of Business Administration or related course
      At least 3-4 years experience in 5 star hotel
      Ensure all deliveries are accurately recorded and delivered to the correct location in the hotel, in a timely manner
      Manage the beverage cellar and deliver stock to outlets as required
      Ensure beverage transfers are accurately recorded and adhering to end of month processes 
      Adhere to quality procedures and standards and oversee purchasing administration such that all hotel Worldwide policies and standards are upheld
      Ensure a comprehensive system for allocating and reconciling purchase orders
      Prepare the month end accounts reports in an accurate and timely manner
      Execute on tasks/requests as instructed by the Hotel Management
      JOB DESCRIPTION : FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

      The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for co-ordinating all phases of group meeting/banquet functions held in the Hotel; coordinate these activities on a daily basis; assist clients in program planning and menu selection. Solicit local group Food & Beverage business; maintain the services and reputation of Your Hotel and act as a management representative to group clients.
      3+ years experience

      JOB DESCRIPTION : MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

      Licensed Electromechanical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
      Must have at least 4 years of experience in a reputed 5 star hotel.
      Should be able to handle the shift assigned to him
      Should have knowledge of all kinds of electro mechanical equipments, motors, boilers chillers used in a five star hotel
