- Hotel school or culinary certificate + Minimum 1 year experience as a Demi Chef De Partie (Pastry section) from an 4/5* International hotel chain
OR
2 years experience as a Chef De Partie (Arabic cuisine) from a 4/5* International Hotel chain
Consistency in preparation and presentation of pastry items
Good knowledge of English
Ability to lead a team of commis
HACCP Certified
