Open Position:-

1) Sound Technician:

* Undertaking all Sound related jobs in the auditorium, from small conferences up to musical events, and to set up small PA system's in various locations around university
* Proficiency on Digital Mixing Consoles Ideally Soundcraft Vi4 and Yamaha PM5D, Have working knowledge of basic signal flow, wired and wireless audio systems.
* Working knowledge of wired communications systems.

* Proficient in Wireless Set Ups, FOH & MON Mixing
* Time management, attention to detail and ability to lead others
* EQing of venues to insure the best possible sound .

2) SAP Solution Manager

* Provides day-to-day support and maintenance for existing SAP Solution Manager Operations.
* Analyse user requirements to create detailed functional design specifications working within established implementation methodologies
* Develops, supports and maintains KAUST's SAP deployed application.
* Develops the required functional and administrative documentations for SAP Modules.
* Design and document Integration/Communication between various SAP modules.
* Design and document interfaces between SAP and External Systems.
* Works on-site closely with the team to identify and clarify business roles and access requirements to SAP environment.
* Analyses business requirements and develops functional documentation to accompany all application development.
* Develops, modifies and testing scripts for complex solutions.
* Maintains appropriate documentation to reflect SAP modules uses and SAP configuration changes within compliance.
* Performs a broad range of complex technical or professional work activities, in a variety of contexts.

Qualification:

* Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably in computer Science or an IT related discipline.
* SAP Solution Manager 5 Full life cycle implementations, including support.
* SAP certified.

Min Experience : 5 years

3) Information Security Specialist

* Applies and verifies data security access controls, privileges, and associated profiles
* Implements and verifies data security access controls, and assigns privileges
* Applies and maintains confidentiality controls and processes in accordance with policies, standards, and procedures (PSPs)
Incident Management
* Creates incident response exercises and penetration testing activities
* Implements incident management measurement program and collects, analyzes, and reports metrics.
* Responds to and reports incidents
* Assists in collecting, processing, and preserving evidence during incident response according to PSPs
* Monitors network and information systems for intrusions
* Executes penetration testing activities and incident response exercises
* Performs security administration processes and procedures in accordance with PSPs
* Performs security administration changes and validation testing
Collaborates with technical support, incident management, and security engineering teams to develop, implement, control, and manage new security administration technologies

4) Audio / Video Technician

Undertaking all Video filming related jobs in the auditorium, from small conferences up to musical events
* Assembling and setting up KAUST Camera system, from single camera to full-scale multi camera set ups
* Liaising with lighting and technical staff to achieve the best possible look / sound for the filming
Qualification:
* Ideally the candidate will come from a TV background, and have worked as a cameraman for a broadcast station
* Working knowledge of DSLR video ideally with Canon D5 Mk III, Working Knowledge of Sony HDC1500 HD Broadcast cameras used in a EPF setup

5) Lighting Technician / Rigger

* Interpreting a lighting designer's plan. When there is now plan, suggest the best solution for the required scene
* Rigging, focusing and operating necessary lighting equipment.
* Programming consoles before a show.
* Operating manual and computer-controlled lighting systems during a show.
* Must hold a valid UK or equivalent recognized Rigging Certificate Qualification
* Needs to be well versed in the use of PPE
* Operating within current health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.
Should have a good understanding of current Health and Safety

Experience: 5 - 8 years in a Theater environment

6) Tools Handler (Helper / Event Coordinator)

Age Limit:- Up to 48 Years

Experience:- 7+ Years

* 30 days paid leave per year including 2 days travel time with air tickets per year.
