Service Manager for Amoli Enterprises in Kenya, Tanzania & Uganda


    Candidate will be Located at one of our branches in East Africa viz. Kenya, Tanzania or Uganda
    Manage the after sales service for the region.
    Provide support for all The ZURI products.
    Service Franchisee Management and Franchisee Team management.
    Customer Management Distributor, Retailer, End Consumer.
    Invoice and Reconciliation.
    Spare Parts Management.
    Claim Management
      5 Years Experience in Service and Service Management.
      Ideally from the Mobile Phone Industry. However candidates from Consumer Electronics can also be looked upon.
      Local Candidates ( from East Africa) are also welcome
      Should have a good command technically on Mobile Phone as a product.
      Should have managed Service Centre independently
      Good command over MS office / Excel PPT Word
      Distinctive abilities in service operation and franchisee management will be an advantage.
      Technically qualified to take up this assignment
