Experience: Should have minimum 10 to 12 years experience in Paint Industry
Job Responsibilities
Establish and maintain contacts with existing and potential clients by using business directories, web, following leads from current clients, & participating in industry related events , exhibitions, & demonstrations .
Get Paint products promoted with Consultants & Architects.
Familiarise the brand to applicators, hardware & retail stores, interior designers, and homeowners by attending daily face-to-face meetings.
Identify and explore new market segments and potential customers where there is an opportunity for business development.
Coordinate with the sales manager/team, warehouse and other departments to fulfil the client requirements effectively in a timely manner.
Follow up on preparation of necessary samples for submittals and approval by clients.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support and assist in finalizing the contracts.
Prepare daily / weekly reports to management by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information as requested & instructed by the management.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Developing sales opportunities through various prospecting techniques, such as, cold calling, phone prospecting, email letters, direct mail, trade show, industry conferences, networking with others in the industry and more to build a viable pipeline.
Technical Sales Engineer
Qualification: Bachelor Engineering Degree (Telecom)
Qualification: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in relevant field
Job Responsibilities:
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions;
Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements;
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
Working on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required;
Arranging and carrying out product training;
Analysing costs and sales;
Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records;
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
Helping in the design of custom-made products;
Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
Bringing new principals/vendors and products.
