Job Title / Designation: IT MANAGER 

We are looking for an outstanding, dynamic and experienced IT Manager, who can make a difference. The person must be self-motivated, a team player, enjoy dealing with people, quality oriented and be able to efficiently manage a team. The position is based at the Corporate Head Office in Lautoka FIJI and reports directly to the Directors

Job Description: 
• Administration, deploying, implementing and management of server/network infrastructure.
• Leading all IT Projects with innovative ideas. 
• Install, configure and maintain network environments across many different vendors.
• Ensure the security and operational effectiveness of the network.
• Leverage Microsoft Active Directory for controlled logins into network devices including RADIUS, LDAP and Kerberos user authentication.
• Assist with support and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Servers.
• Ensuring our ability to meet system availability requirements for critical business applications including DR, redundancy and fail-over capabilities and processes.
• Developing and managing a team within the IT department.

Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate: 
• Minimum B.Tech ICT / B.S. in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Information Technology with Network Skills.
• A proven track record in successfully implementing a VLAN environment using Cisco technologies.
• Working knowledge and firm understanding of TCP/IP Networks, WAN technologies, WLAN, VOIP, routing protocols, network requirements and capacity planning.
• Experience supporting Active Directory - deployment and management experiences with Office 365.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Working knowledge and experience of Cloud based Firewall, Cisco Routers, Wireless Access points and Manage switches.
• Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft SQL, Jet Report and Crystal Reports.
• Working Knowledge and experience with Hyper V(Virtualization).
• Leadership skills including interpersonal communication, plus possessing valid group 2 driving license.
• Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Nav, Clarity Live with POS system will be beneficial.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3 + years.

Annual CTC: 12 Lacs + Accommodation + Company Car

Minimum Education Requirements: B. Tech ITC / Graduate in Science (Computer Science)
