- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical
Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Beverage Can Manufacturing Industry
- Role And Responsibilities
Maintaining tooling spares in the tool room
Re-work of all the tooling
Ordering and inspection of incoming spare parts.
Fabrication and modification of machine parts for new projects.
Repair machinery parts.
Assist in size changeover of the tooling and machinery.
Attend to weekly, monthly and annual maintenance of machinery and tooling.
Submits daily accomplishment report to Immediate superior.
In addition to the above, any other job assigned by his immediate superior or manager.
Inker Rebuilder
- Qualification: 10th/Vocational Course in Mechanical repairs and Machine Shop Practice
- Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Beverage Can Manufacturing Industry
- Job Responsibilities:Sees to the day-to-day Inker rebuilding activities and maintain availability of inker spare parts.
Assist in troubleshooting inker faults in the line and replace inkers according to schedule.
Assist in Printer troubleshooting, performs minor and major mechanical repairs on assigned machines and equipment when needed and reports machine breakdown to immediate superior for remedial actions.
Prepare spares, rebuild, repairs and troubleshoot the following; Fountain assembly, Changeover parts, Over varnish, Mandrel blocks, Pin chain and accessories, Inker rollers, Plate cylinders, Gearboxes and drive hubs, Inker exhaust guards.
Performs selected Printer and Pin Oven TPMs and Preventive Maintenance according to schedule.
Repair, dean and housekeep materials, tools and equipment inside Inker Room.
Submits daily accomplishment report to immediate superior.
To perform other related jobs to be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior and manager.
- Shell Press Maintainer
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical
- Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Beverage Can Manufacturing Industry
- Role And Responsibilities
Sees to proper operation of shell press and ancillary equipment's.
Perform minor and major mechanical repairs on assigned machines and equipment; reports on machine breakdown to immediate superior for remedial action.
Performs daily preventive checks on assigned machines, record the same on line log sheets, and logbook.
Perform regular checks on end shells and other specifications. Do rectification If necessary.
To maintain sufficient materials such as coil on the line.
Transfer Attendant
- Qualification: 10th
- Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Beverage Can Manufacturing Industry
- Role And Responsibilities
Attends to transferring shells to conveyor or to bags and vice versa or to supply to compound liner or to conversion press.
To inform immediate superior for any defects to be found on lined shells.
Attends to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of transfer station and surrounding area.
Arrange bags and pallets to be used for packing shells
Assist in repair when machine breaks down.
Conversion Press Maintainer
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/Production
- Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience Beverage Can Manufacturing Industry
- Role And Responsibilities
Sees to proper operation of conversion press and ancillary equipment
Performs minor and major mechanical repairs on assigned machines and equipment;

- Shift Supervisor
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical
- Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Beverage Can Manufacturing Industry
- Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
Conduct employee performance reviews and ensure regular feedback to Shift Manager about employee performance.
Responsible for quality control. Coordinates adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs).
To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes
To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the companies quality systems, processes and procedures
Manage, develop and motivate direct reporting staff

Printer Maintainer

Inspect and examines printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.
Lead the production printing team, mentor and motivate team members, Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
Monitors feeding, printing, and racking processes of presses to maintain specified operating levels and to detect malfunctions, making adjustments as necessary keeping control the quality of the product and run the machine defect free product.
Control and analyze the down time, suggest proper action to reduce it.
Efficient utilization of printing raw materials (ink material, printing plate, blanket, cleaning material) and record the usage format of this material and report these usage to the other relevant departments

Front End Maintainer
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical

To operate properly front-end machines such as coil handling machines, cupping press, body makers and trimmers.
To perform daily and routine checks on cup and can quality and record the same on line log sheet and SPC system. Do rectification as necessary.
To perform daily preventive maintenance checks on machines at front-end and record the same on log sheets
To keep front-end machines and surroundings always clean and in order.
To perform mechanical repairs on front-end machines, reports on machine breakdown to his immediate superior for remedial action.
