PL / SQL & Oracle DBA for SRM Technologies in Tokyo, Japan

Working knowledge of current and emerging technologies for use in database systems.

Recent experience with Oracle 10g/11g/12c RAC Enterprise and MultiTenant environments

Databases hosted on virtualized platforms (AIX LPARs, VMware)

Administering large hybrid environments with OLTP and Batch processing loads.

Client database implementations, support and customer service as well as providing recommendations

Experience utilizing performance tuning and diagnostic skills.

Familiar with encryption techniques and well as Oracle Security and other Oracle applications

High Availability evaluation and implementation including RAC, replication techniques and backup and recovery techniques

Thorough working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS 11g & 12c environments and experience with 11g and 12c upgrades.

Ability to interpret Oracle database tuning using Statspack and Diagnostic Pack including AWR, ADDM, and ASH

Experience installing, Maintaining and troubleshooting Oracle RAC, ASM and MultiTenant environments.

Experience with various operating systems as it relates to database installation, configuration, troubleshooting and tuning.

Solid experience with the Linux operating system and command set as well as working knowledge of Windows/Unix shell or Perl scripting languages.

8+ years experience

Data masking, Real Application Testing and other Oracle related features a plus

One year of UNIX (AIX or HP-UX) and Linux (SuSE or Red Hat) experience is desirable.

In depth understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, triggers, packages and stored procedures

Japanese N3/N4 Level Bi-lingual required
