MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
Public Relations/SM/ Digital 
Drive the Public Relations, Social & Digital Media strategy 
Drive Implementation of Agreed Plans based on brand, products, TA understanding 
Manage the PR, SM , agencies & Influencer Engagements to deliver on briefs & the agreed timelines 
Write , proof read and edit all the press material & marketing collateral copies 
Draft & Edit the Social Media Editorial calendars 
Collate the product and brand intelligence
Prepare the agency briefing on new launches, corporate plans and ensure the implementation across communication platforms within the corporate guidelines 
Set monthly / weekly update plan to ensure regular work process 
Media Mapping / Competition monitoring 
Create a database of the media 
Come-up with new ideas to extend brand / product coverage 
Create regional analysis reports 
Supervise the product photo - shoots, create visually appealing image inventory for the brand 
Media trainings & Presentations
Advertising / Media Planning Agency / supplier Management 
Address day to day requirements. 
Fair idea of media planning & execution. 
Laising with the agency / supplier on the media roll-out proofs 
Corporate communications 
Support corporate communication portals like the website through content writing, updation,
Image and content inventory 
Conptualise internal initiatives that drive brand vision across the verticals 
Identify CSR Initiatives 
Ideas and suggestions that enhance brand perception and equity
Make presentations, newsletters 
Lead employee communication engagements like inductions 

Organization & Reports
Monthly PR & Marketing reports
Creating data bases in excel sheets 
Job logs 
Internal Plans 
Internal communication:
POS, countrywide, regional communication and internal stakeholders 
Management of internal creative team for development of marketing collaterals, adaptation 
Collation of Media to sales brand intelligence 
Window Display Merchandise:
Coordinate and direct the inhouse merchandiser on day-to-day requests and jobs
Create and maintain a standardize template for all the stores 
Ensure timely deployment, follow up and report generation of the merchandising plans, graphic changes 
Liaise with suppliers 
Mall Communication 
Regularly liaise with Mall marketing team to maximize brand Rasasi outreach 
Create the relevant contact databases
Proactively seek PR opportunities in mall magazines to highlight the brand and the products 
Procure marketing plans of the malls and evaluate potential fit ins
Ideate with the marketing team on joint initiatives 
Be aware of new branding guidelines, approval processes etc. 

Strategic Partnerships / Cobranding / Sponsorships / Events 
Create a database of the sectors/ brands that should be approached for strategic partnerships
Create the relevant marketing team contacts 
Explore partnership arrangements 
Evaluate co-branding and sponsorship proposals 
Liaise with the events companies for any product or brand activation 

Qualifications: Preferably a Degree in Mass Communication, PR or Marketing 
Experience: 8-10 years of experience in PR, Social Media & Marketing. Preferably in fashion Retail Marketing.

Network Coordinator (Retail Outlet Division)

OVERVIEW
This position is mainly responsible to provide comprehensive IT support to all the outlets including companys internal and external networks, servers, desktops, printers, email, applications and network security systems.

The job holder is also accountable for administering and maintaining all IT infrastructures available within the organization and critical data recovery & data backup of user data.

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
Assist employees in the office and retail outlet for all their computer desktop systems and application requirement.
Responsible for up keeping of company's IT network (LAN, WAN, VPN technology), servers, PC, Biometric TA systems, CCTV, peripherals and security systems.
Provide IT support services both for software and hardware including installation, setup, configuration, testing and deploying. Maintain other computer peripheral devices such as printers and solve printer issues.
Work closely with the SAP/ERP team and ensure compatibility of all hardware equipment with the software with the objective achieve the IT goals.
Test network connectivity through internet, VPN technology and ensure proper functioning of all computer systems at all times. 
Visit the Retail Outlets to resolve, troubleshoot, install & configure internet and connectivity issues. 
Identify and resolve any problems that affect computer operating systems.
Provide online support to all system users, trouble shoot and resolve on-job IT problems within minimum possible time. 
Examine network server equipment and maintain networking systems in addition to all other related IT systems.
Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases
Understand the issues involved with administering and maintaining corporate infrastructure, including network connectivity, Internet access, email, etc.
Manage and administer email systems (Lotus Notes/Domino, PFMS, Exchange/Outlook,Webmail, Blackberry etc)
Create network, new email accounts and configure for new users in addition to maintaining the existing accounts.
Assist in inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware, and other IT supplies.
Assist in network administration (including backup, security management, user account management, Active directory, internet access, Antivirus, Antispam office systems and applications support).
Ensure network security, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to network applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, file system integrity and adding & deleting users.
Perform routine check of backups, servers and other communication systems
All other IT related concerns which come up in day to day operations.

Operationally : General Manager (Retail)
Functionally : IT Manager & concerned IT Head 

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Academic : Graduate in any discipline / Masters in Computer Applications
: CCNA, MCSE or equivalent professional certification courses 

Experience : Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a retail based environment preferably 
in the UAE

Knowledge : 
- Knowledge of systems including Lotus notes/Domino and applications, Exchange/Outlook 2010,Webmails), SAP and ERP systems 
- Data backup on servers.
- Working knowledge of current communications devices (Routers, switches, Firewall) and protocols (TCP/IP, SMTP, POP3, HTTPS etc), server and desktop technologies.
- Configuring LAN, ADSL, Internet Leased and VPN technology
- Understanding and usage of devices like Dot Matrix Printers, LaserJet and Scanners etc.
- Working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 in addition to other related applications.
- Knowledge of setting up remote access for users.

Skills/ Abilities : 
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent trouble shooting skills
- Ability to handle and resolve systems/servers hardware related problems like Harddrive, RAM, MotherBoards, Peripheral cards, SMPS, etc.
- Ability to identify and recover Operating system related problems including (Win Xp, Win Vista, Win 7, Win 2000, Win 2003 and Win 2008) and other applications etc.
- Ability to configure networks in LAN, ADSL, Internet Leased and VPN technology etc and troubleshoot.
- Ability to handle or troubleshoot computer peripheral devices like Dot Matrix Printers, LaserJet and Scanners etc
