Call Center Executive for Omen

    Open Position Call Center Executive
    Passport Compulsory

    YRS Experience: 2+yrs Office Automation Product 
    for following position for  Office Technology division

    Answer phone calls professionally & log calls in the system/ update Customer

    Respond to customer queries

    Handel and resolve first lever customer complaints

    Route calls to appropriate Engineer

    Follow up customer calls wherever necessary

    To handle walk in customer & manage cash collection / Invoice

    Key accountabilities / Responsibilities

    To ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries

    Identify and escalate priority issues

    Complete call logs & call reports

    To resolve basic problem on telephone. To assist Engineer for any support required

    Everyday cash has to be tallied with system & deposited
