Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chefs for Australia

Seeking highly motivated and hardworking Chef de Partie Sous Chef/ Executive Chefs. Degree in Hospitality from a reputed institute. Experience working in 5 star hotels or reputed restaurants.

A large casino with 5000 employees and a catering company supplying to airlines in Australia is looking for Chef de Partie/Sous Chef/ Executive Chefs are required for a permanent contract, who has a good background in fresh food who has a desire to learn, progress and develop. 
  • Determine how food should be presented, and create decorative food displays.
  • Determine production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Instruct cooks and other workers in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation.
  • Check the quantity and quality of received products.
  • Coordinate planning, budgeting, and purchasing for all the food operations within establishments.
  • Plan, direct, and supervise the food preparation and cooking activities of multiple kitchens.
  • Must have a valid passport.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in current role and only in 5* hotel.
  • Ready to relocate
