The preparation of a wide range of sophisticated high-quality western desserts in our fine dining restaurants
These restaurants are regarded as among the best Indian restaurants in the world, two of which have Michelin stars
Minimum 5 years experience in the Bakery/ Confectionery department of a 5 star hotel.
Experience as dessert practitioner in top A la Carte restaurant will be an additional qualification.
CDP Indian Cusine (Tandoor Specialist)
The preparation of a wide range of sophisticated high-quality tandoori food in our fine dining restaurants
Minimum 5 years skilled tandoori experience as Tandoori Commis or CDP in a 5 star hotel.
Wide knowledge of kebabs essential
Candidates should be able to pass UK English Language tests by mid February
