Programming with PHP, JAVA.
Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, and JavaScript.
Good knowledge of Bootstrap.
Good knowledge of AngularJS.

WordPress and other CMS and related plugins, themes, management, etc.
MySQL database management.
Graphics creation with Photoshop & Flash
Managing web server and hosting setup.
Excellent typography and layout skills.

Knowledge of Open source content management software will be an added advantage.
Candidate must have a strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
Native Android development is a plus.
