System Administrator for Kuwait

Responsibilities:

Experience in Cisco switching and routing

Should have expertise in L2/L3 switching, routing and design concept and hands-on
Experience in multi-site network implementation and administration

Experience in Windows DNS and Active directory environment.

Experience in windows 2008/2012 Domain environment including multiple sites and
Good understating of Zones and DNS.
Should have expertise in system implementation

Experience in Firewall and wireless

Hands on experience in multiple vendor firewall technology and Cyberoam is the 
Added advantage

Should have hands one experience in Enterprise Warless products and technology 

Experience in Backup, Restore and Disaster recover

Experience in Symantec NetBackup and Microsoft DPM. Should be familiar
With backup restore and disaster recovery plans and procedures

Citrix
Good Experience in Citrix XenApp application hosting 

Oracle DB/Solaris/Unix are added advantages
Basic administration of Oracle Solaris on SPARC 11 and Oracle Database 11G

Avaya IP Telephony experience is added advantage
Administration of Avaya IP telephony system using Avaya site administration

Storage and Fileserver administration 
Should have expertise in Storage technology and file server management. It include
Not limited User quota Centralized user profile management.

Security and Antivirus 
Should have broad concept and administration experience Antivirus Management consoles
And Proactive strategy for network and servers

Experience system and network monitoring using proper tool
Should able to support Technicians if there any requirements
Managing Desktop Central and Patch updates for all the clients in the office
Server patching and updates
Backup managing and monitoring 
Disk space management
Internet speed monitoring and follow-up
Site connectivity monitoring
VPN monitoring and VPN client installation and configuration for the User
Folder and file sharing for the user as per the request
Backup and recovery
Avaya site administration
Solaris 11 Administration
Remote site visit and administration
Antivirus server Monitoring
Active directory and DNS monitoring and administration 
Vendor follow-up and  testing
Documentation and reporting


Skills:
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
A degree in Information Technology or any related discipline.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Server and Active Directory
Sound knowledge of Network Concept. 
Good communication and documentation skills.
