    YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 4 - 8 years

    JOB RESPONSIBILITY- 
    CANDIDATE WILL BE INCHARGE OF HANDLING TRAINING,LABOUR LAWS, PERFORMANCE CUSTOMER RELATION,PENALTY , EXIT FORMALITY,STRIKE, ONBOARD FORMALITIES, RESIGNATION ETC
    CANDIDATE SHOULD BE ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLES FACED BY THE LABOURS AND TRY TO GET A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM AT THE EARLIEST
    CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE A PLEASING PERSONALITY
    CANDIDATE SHOULD BE GOOD IN COMMUNICATION (ENGLISH) (PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO ARABIC LANGUAGE )

    LIASONING WITH GOVT AUTHORITIES FOR SMOOTH FUNCTIONING OF RECRUITING
    ENSURING PROMPT RESOLUTION OF EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCES TO MAINTAIN
    CORDIAL MANAGEMENT-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS.
    MAINTAINING PR WITHIN THE PREMISES AS WELL AS OUTSIDE THE PREMISES TO BE MORE PROACTIVE TO ACCESS THE UPCOMING CHALLENGES, PROBLEMS, ISSUES,
    WORK & THREATS IN THE ORGANISATION GROWTH PATH

    NEGOTIATING AND AMICABLY SETTLING DISPUTES WITH VARIOUS COMMITTEE/
    UNION AND MAINTAINING DISCIPLINE & HARMONIOUS WORKING ENVIRONMENT ACROSS ALL EMPLOYEE LEVELS BY IMPLEMENTING THE LABOUR POLICIES
    ASSURANCE OF PROPER IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPANY POLICIES
    HANDLING CONTRACT LABOUR

    QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
    CANDIDATE SHOULD BE A GRADUATE / MBA.
