Hiring for PRODUCT EXECUTIVE LOGISTICS (MOBILE/TABLETS) - DUBAI (PERMANENT POSITION).

Post - Product Executive Logistics


JOB Location-  Dubai

Salary : 3500 AED Per Month 

Job Responsibilities : 

Coordinate with service team and importer to issue PO & follow PO process between all parties

2) Follow up shipment status in the import area; identifies incidents and finds resolution

3) Prepares controls and distributes all required import documents to counterparts

4) Responsible to manage administrative task for warehousing

5) Responsible for stock accuracy and location accuracy for in-house warehouse

6) Ensure any issues or problems that may arise are repaired efficiently

7) Invoice validation on inbound and outbound shipments

8) Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts

9) Generate weekly & monthly logistic report on shipment volume

10) Submitting clear and accurate reports of works carried out, with clear recommendations or process enhancement
