Specific Job Requirement:
Liaison with the Client
Managing HSE personnel on construction sites within oil and gas
Management of the HSE Department, day to day operations ensuring teamwork, high performance standards and targets are met
Supervise and direct HSE professionals
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records
Investigate HSE incidents, develop root-cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are communicated and completed
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
QA/QC Manager
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical from recognised university
Technical Certifications (Mandatory): IRCA certified ISO 9001: 2008 Lead Auditor, AWS CWI / CSWIP & NDT Certification.
Experience: 15-17 yrs. of proven experience in quality control and assurance for water treatment plants, water pipelines and oil and gas pipeline projects out of which minimum 3 years must be as QA/QC Manager.
Specific job requirement:
Develop / review Project Quality Plan
Visit Suppliers facilities for Pre-Inspection
Review contract documents / project specifications
Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover
Conduct / organize QMS Internal / External audit and ensure closeout of all Inspection and Audit Nonconformities
Chief Survey Engineer
Qualification: Diploma in Civil or Surveying Engineering from recognised university
Experience: 20-22 yrs. of experience in water treatment plants, water pipelines and oil and gas pipeline projects with 5 years must be in similar position. Aggregated experience in such jobs shall be minimum 15 years.
Specific Requirement:
Should be thorough in Static observation of Surveying System & data processing & Mapping.
Expert in handling all latest Total Station EDM Including Leica GPS system 1200 & Leica Redline TPS 1200 & Trimble, RTK.
Main responsibilities are as follow:
Review current work process, plan and execute the pipeline survey as directed by manager.
Drive stakes to fix survey points and determine location data to be placed on stakes, managing the survey process in the acquisition of Right of Way for Pipeline.
Carry stakes and other field equipment over long distances and through a variety of terrain.
Ensure that angles, distances, and other Project Site collected information are accurate and conform to regulations and standards. Liaises with client surveyor and perform joint survey verification whenever needed.
Perform survey in field and take accurate measure for required cold bending.
Research survey evidence, maps, deeds, physical evidence, and other records to obtain data needed for surveys.
Perform survey in field and records data for AS-BUILT drawing.
Chief Welding Inspector
Qualification: Degree in Metallurgy / Mechanical with AWS/CSWIP 3.1, certified for NDT with ASNT Level II in RT & PT, Lead Auditor Certification (Preferable registered with IRCA).
Experience: 20-22 years of hard core construction experience in water treatment plants, water pipelines and oil and gas pipeline projects, out of which minimum 3 years must be in similar position. Welding Inspector shall ensure the quality of all welding, NDT & PWHT related activities at site (such as controlling welding process, control of welding consumables / welder performance, qualification of welding procedure and manpower), monitoring product & process quality and taking preventive & corrective actions. Aggregated experience in such jobs shall be minimum 15 years.
Chief Quantity Surveyor (Nos. 2)

Specific Requirements:
Preparing structured training programs for water treatment plants, water pipelines and oil and gas pipeline projects.
Organizing / arranging / Co-coordinating training modules, prepared by equipment (M/E/I) suppliers, for presentation to Client operation staff
Preparation and coordination of client approval for training materials / manuals
Implement a Competency Assurance System (CAS)
Liaising / coordinating / training at Vendor premises
Deliver Instructional and Operational training modules (In-Class room and On-the Job Field training)
