JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : - 
Supervise multiple numbers of restaurants and guide them to ensure proper Q.S.C implementation achievement of sales and P & L target, plus monitoring all staff and managers development of plants. 


Ensure that all management and staff are trained to the required  B.K Standards. 


Deliver BK Gold Standards.
Ensure products quality and Quantity. 
Monitoring QSC throughout the restaurants. 
Training and developing of Store Managers. 
Run a Smooth Operation in the restaurants and ensuring all standards, policies and procedure are adhered to.
Supervise personnel to ensure customers satisfaction with courtesy.
Receive and resolve customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
