Great opportunity for Business Manager for a well known Retailer and Distributor company in Dubai.

Business manager will Manage a diverse range of analytical tasks and activities of channel distribution to optimize and standardize key business reports across the markets.

The Profile:
 Produce, analyze and correlate sales, van productivity, stock availability, outlet productivity and market share reports by market, by region, and by model. 
 Be fully aware of market trends, development and competitive activities.
 Establish control mechanism for monitoring Distribution, OOS, Merchandizing quality etc.
 Monitor and reconcile budgets and key finance parameters with Finance to keep track of all the transactions.
 Communicate and coordinate with regional sales teams to deliver activities on time and according to critical path.
 Manage and lead a team of business analysts and should have experience in Inventory.

 The Essentials:

 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, or related discipline
 Minimum 5 years of work experience as Business Analyst, sales analysis, sales forecasting or operations.
 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel
 Team management skills, Manage and lead a team of business analysts
 Ability to work with others in a team environment
 Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
