Quantity Surveyor 

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Quantity Surveying. Extensive knowledge in Building and Civil / MEP Quantity Surveying. Good understanding of Building services installation and Civil works. Knowledge in SAP / CAFM is preferable.

Team Leader-HVAC

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering


Experience: Should have minimum 8 years experience in maintenance field.Carryout operation and maintenance activities on a day to day basis. Performs preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities. Perform trouble shooting and execute equipment repair as necessary. Perform modification as may require.

Site Engineer-MEP 

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Should have minimum 8 years experience in maintenance field.Experience in MEP systems, Chillers, Generators, BMS, Fire Alarm, BMS and Facility Systems

Senior Engineer-Electrical 
Qualification: Degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Should have minimum 15 years experience in maintenance field. varied experience maintenance and operational experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. He must have hands on experience to maintain advance microprocessor based control panels; VFDs & must have handled LV & MV electrical installations.

Senior Engineer-Mechanical 
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Should have minimum 15 years experience in maintenance field.varied experience in the field of Mechanical Maintenance of Static & Rotary equipments, very familiar with piping classifications. The incumbent must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. An aptitude and experience in large capacity water distribution networks & projects having piping and associated works

Site In-charge 
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: Should have minimum 12 years experience in maintenance field.Responsibilities of performance and execution of operation, maintenance, trouble shooting, repair and modification of the assigned HVAC systems.
Buyer 
Qualification: Degree /Diploma in Arts or Science
Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Procurement. Should have exposure in Procurement activities, Store activates Warehouse and material knowledge and local market awareness.

Engineer (Civil/Mechanical) 
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Should have minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Estimation & Tendering Works. Should have exposure in Billing, Quantity Surveying, Site activities and Tendering work.

Supervisor - Electrical 
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience: Should have minimum 6 years experience in maintenance activities in Oil & Gas, refinery. Extensive knowledge in Building and Electrical Construction supervision and related discipline PPM, CM, RM & Trouble Shooting. Work supervisor, Work Permits, Coordination with Project Engineer and Company engineers.

Supervisor - HVAC 
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience in maintenance field. Carryout the monthly PPM schedule. Survey condition assessment for all HVAC equipments. Maintain the records for resources, materials and MP.
