Review production schedules and assign duties to staff according to order priorities
Ensure all duties and tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Conduct or direct training of new employees and machine operators
Adjust machines to eliminate product defects that are identified during start-up or by the Quality Department
Recommend changes to improve efficiencies, quality of product and work space organization
Manage parts inventory to minimum machine downtime or production delays


Candidate Profile:
Plastic injection molding/moulding experience
Experience in machine set-up, machine processing and troubleshooting
Strong mechanical aptitude
Proven leadership experience
Exception organizational skills
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Ability to multi-task and/or switch from one project to another quickly
Excellent communication skills
5+ years experience
