- At least completed one EPC project Value 100 M USD and more
- Knowledge of Progress measurement system
- Working Knowledge in Primavera P6
- Knowledge of productivity norms.
- Understand EPC contracts as per international norms, Algerian experience preferred
- Read and understand scope of work, Equipment list, Material Take offs, Bill of quantities
- Well versed with international codes and standards (ISO/ASTM/API/BS/NACE)
- Draw a subcontract plan based on management strategy
- Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors
- Understand Bill of quantities, correlate it with preambles, create new preamble as required for each element of work
- Review of subcontractor offers and schedule
- Full understanding of productivity and costing norms
- Draw a construction schedule for project based on productivity norms
- Attend periodic progress and mitigation meetings with subcontractors at site
- Monitor awarded subcontracts for schedule
- Check and approve invoices
- Create and implement management of change procedure for subcontractors
- Prepare close out reports for subcontractors, establish productivity norms for country

Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Four Years Full time) with hands on with Prima Vera ver. 6 (duly certified). Besides, any other project planning related software's application.
Experience: 8 years and above of hard-core planning & scheduling experience with good knowledge in large EPC of process plant projects in oil and gas industry. Experience in EPC of pipeline project will be beneficial.
Candidate should have worked as a Planning Engineer in at least one EPC oil & gas project.

1. Conducting reviews and considering legal aspects of contract award & administration.
2. Preparing and drafting commercial bids and tenders, estimating the costs of a project and ensuring that the costs are controlled.

5. Quantity Surveyors - Pipeline, Mechanical & Civil
Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Four year full time)
Experience: 6-9 years of experience (for Degree holder) in large value EPC (on shore) oil & gas projects - Process Plants / Pipelines as Quantity Surveyor
Key Responsibilities:
1. Preparing the estimates for all kind of Civil, Mechanical and E&I works and Preparing the requirements for various kind of Civil, Mechanical and E&I materials.
2. Prepare Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Works, Specifications and all contract documentation, ensuring that these comply with the project scope and timescale, budget estimates.
3. Determining the extent and value of building work executed for interim payments to contractors
4. Assessing and settling contractors claims throughout the contracts
5. Providing feedback to the Project Controls Manager/Project Management Team
6. Monitoring expenditure and providing financial statements and associated information
7. Agreeing final accounts with sub-contractor and Finance team and issuing the Final Certificate.
8. Assist the Project Control Team with planning and scheduling work.
9. Prepare reports with recommendations on work in progress for Project Controls/ Project Management Team so that progress can be monitored and appropriate decisions made.
