BAKERY PRODUCTION MANAGER
This position is the highest level of the production dept. , he will have an assistant Pastry chef and 4 dept. heads ( chef Di Partie OR production Supervisors ).
His Age bracket is between 35 45 years old . He should have solid experience in Central Commissary supplying remote branches as well as supplying catering companies and cafes.
Preferably , if he is well experienced in manufacturing using stage processes with pre-mixing dept.
He should have knowledge in improving products shelf-life , menu planning and design , ISO 22000 ,HACCAP as well as planning and production management.
He must possess a bakery and pastry experience of minimum of 10 years . Knowledge of 3D cakes is preferable.
Experience in 5 Star Hotels Chain is a must with some experience in Central production facility companies.
Fluent in English and with Bachelor Degree in the same field.
