- A big personality and can easily connect with people. We need them to be international in their thinking and be able to blend in with other cultures. Unconventional and out-of-the-box thinking is welcome.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Mature, sharp and makes an effort to understand the business and daily operations as the quality of our recruitment in Star Solutions is heavily dependent on that.
- Super-efficient and experienced with recruitment, especially for software developer positions, call centre agent positions, Client servicing positions etc. . Things need to move at a great speed on the recruitment front. Will explain further during our call.
- Is able to independently manage the spectrum of HR operations in Star Solutions, which can range from operational to strategic. Its pretty much a one-man show with some Admin support for admin tasks. So, this person needs to have a bit of entrepreneur mindset. Someone that is used to working for many years in a big organization with hundreds of employees and a big HR team may not fit the bill.
- Is able to be a trusted advisor role to senior management and also to employees.
- Takes ownership of the welfare of employees and is connected to what 20-35 year olds are like and want across these 3 markets.
- Able to drive employee retention and motivation through exciting employee initiatives.
- Able to establish and maintain a consistent platform for performance management.
- Not scared to be firm and disciplinary when needed.
- Ideally someone with a flair for writing and can send out exciting and motivating employee communications
