1. QC Engineer - Equipment
Qualification: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 10 years industrial experience, including at least 6 years inspection experience in a given inspection specialty. Should have the Knowledge of relevant Codes and Standards for industry (Oil & Gas).\
Key Responsibilities:
He shall have experience in erection and alignment inspection of static and rotary equipment and package units. He shall be conversant with milwright job and inspection tolerances for the rotary equipment. Shall have worked in equipment/ vesse's internals inspection and expertize in inspection of Tank fabrication and erection (fixed roof and floating roof), Boilers, Waste Heat Bolers, Heaters, pressure vessels, Heat recovery units, Reformers, Heat Exchangers, FinFan coolers, HVAC system, pipeline manifolds, pig launchers/receivers etc. He shall be well conversant with applicable safety standards and requirements (PTW, Confined space, working at height etc.), knowledge of API 650, TEMA, ASME Section VIII and equivalent international standards.
Salary range: 6000-9000 plus Food, Single Accommodation, Transportation by Company
2, Senior Engineer - Sub Contracts
Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Four Years Full time)
Experience: Min. of 10 plus years of hard core planning & project control experience with good knowledge in large EPC of process plant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand EPC contracts as per international norms, Algerian experience preferred
Read and understand scope of work, Equipment list, Material Take offs, Bill of quantities
Well versed with international codes and standards (ISO/ASTM/API/BS/NACE)
Draw a subcontract plan based on management strategy
Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors
Understand Bill of quantities, correlate it with preambles, create new preamble as required for each element of work
Review of subcontractor offers and schedule
Full understanding of productivity and costing norms
Draw a construction schedule for project based on productivity norms
Attend periodic progress and mitigation meetings with subcontractors at site
Monitor awarded subcontracts for schedule
Check and approve invoices
Create and implement management of change procedure for subcontractors
Prepare close out reports for subcontractors, establish productivity norms for country
Salary range: About AED 9000 - 10500 plus Food, Single Accommodation, transport by Company
3. Engineer - Sub - Contracts
Identical requirements except for experience shall be minimum 8 years plus
Salary range: About AED 8000 plus Food, Single Accommodation, transport by Company

4. Senior Project Engineer
Qualification: Degree in Engineering (Four Years Full time)
Experience: 15 years experience out of which 8 years are with EPC or Operator Company
Key Responsibilities:
Understand EPC scope of work as per international norms
Read and understand PID, Equipment list, pipe classes
Well versed with international codes and standards (ISO/ASTM/API/BS/NACE)
Draw a procurement schedule from level 3 plan
Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, QC and logistics for safe and effective
delivery of material to site
Carry out preorder coordination for procurement items
Coordinate and monitor vendor documentation approval with client
Carry our post order coordination till material reaches site
Reconcile quantities during course of the project
Facilitate conflict resolution, both internally and externally
Monitor and resolve changes with vendors during execution, as per management of change
Procedure
Prepare management reports for periodic reviews, and explain achievements/ constraints
Decide best mode of transport
Visit vendor works and site as required per project requirements
Resolve all site queries to site teams satisfaction
Project: Algeria
Salary Range: About AED 17,000/- to 20,000/- plus Food, Single Accommodation, transport by Company

1. Shall demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of recognized building codes such as the Uniform Building Code (UBC) or equivalent standards.
2. Shall have experience in pipeline rout survey, alignment survey of structures and equipment, various concrete test requirements, making bar bending schedules, control measures for mass concreting, conversant with all related measuring and monitoring equipment, experienced in earth/ road work and related testing, concrete ducting and plumbing for utility and sanitory related work, decorative wall and floor finish, fireproofing of structures,
Prior experience in KOC Projects will be added advantage.
Salary range: AED 6500-7500 plus Food, Single Accommodation, Transportation by Company
6. QC Engineer - Painting & Coating
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering (full time 4 years course) .B-Gas/NACE certification is a must (mandatory for selection)
Experience: Min. 10 years industrial experience with good knowledge Painting & Coating activities in large EPC Process Plant projects. Candidate having KOC approvals with previous employers will have added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
He shall have thorough knowledge and experience in pre-treatment with paint application process and also for coating functions for industrial plants and utilities in oil and gas projects. He shall be conversant with inspection procedure, quality control and applicable safety standards.
Experience: Min. 10 years industrial experience, out of which at least 6 years inspection experience in a given inspection speciality.
