Master Power Systems Limited (MPSL) came into inception in 2001 and is now a leading engineering and contracting company specialized in designing and executing electrical works, with the main focus being in the corporate market strong minded in providing quality service.

Position: GM - Operations & Projects (CCTV / Access Control / LAN / Epabx)

10+ years experience

An Experienced Electronic / Telecommunication Engineer, who can handle turnkey projects of CCTV / Networking / Access Control / EPABX / ICT / Audio Visual including Estimating & Tendering.
An Experienced Electronic / Telecommunication Engineer, who can handle turnkey projects of CCTV / Networking / Access Control / EPABX / ICT / Audio Visual including Estimating & Tendering.

Can verify all tender documents such as Drawings, Riser diagrams, Specifications, B.O.Q., and complete documentations for various low current systems such as CCTV / IPCCTV, Structured cabling, Public Address, MATV / IPTV, Access Control, Audio Visual, LAN active switching, EPABX and Fire Alarm.

Can produce preliminary and detailed designs, including CCTV, Networking, Access Control, EPABX, ICT, Audio Visual, LAN active switching, EPBAX and Fire Alarm in conjunction with consultants.

Managing, Monitoring and Interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client.

Can handle multiple projects and take the report from Project Engineers in-order to finish projects on time with required quality and within the Budget.

Preparing reports as required and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.

In depth knowledge of local ELV regulations, EIA / TIA standards, International design standards and codes.

Carry out site inspections and witnessing testing and commissioning.
Overseeing quality control, health and safety matters on site.

Liaison with other contractors, companies, suppliers and internal multi-disciplined engineering teams.
Establish project plans by determining time frame, costing and staffing, and approving project schedules.
Organize project staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training.
Establish and achieve financial objectives by preparing a project budget, scheduling and approving expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
Control project plan by approving specification and plan changes, and briefing special responsibilities to project managers.
Verifying Project Status reports by analyzing all the information and visiting project sites. 
Maintain project staff job results by coaching, counseling, and collaborating with project managers.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, a participating in professional societies.
Coach/train project resources in the discipline of project management.
