IT Consulting & Delivery Manager for Genie Technologies, Philippines

Established in 1999, primarily offering a retail management software solution for the Retail Industry in the Philippines, Genie Technologies Inc. (GenieTech) has grown and is now recognized as a highly-specialized Information Technology company providing world-class business solutions, consulting and support services to a number of small, mid-sized and large enterprises from various industries in Southeast Asia (SEA).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 
• The Successful candidate shall oversee and manage all project activities across the area of analysis, project planning and monitoring leading to successful implementation of business application according to plan-timeline and allocated resources
• He / She shall analyze business requests and technology gaps to identify the best approaches to innovative solutions that are creatively effective and efficient
• He / She shall provide resource plan and staffing requirement based on the business needs.
• He / She shall develop new best practices and ensure consistency of methodologies across all projects.
• He / She shall direct continuous improvement of all service support and delivery processes.
• He / She shall ensure all client groups are serviced in-line with agreed terms of business and commercials terms
• He / She shall shape concept on how technology solutions support the goals of the clients business
• He / She shall drive towards achievement of revenue and management targets.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration / Management / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 10 years solid hands on experience on Consulting and Project Management role in Microsoft Dynamics Navision (NAV) and/or Axapta (AX). 
• Candidate must have demonstrated strong ability in the following: Project Management of any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) in large-scale businesses.
• Strong multi-national, multi-cultural experience and orientation
• Must be amenable to work in Makati, Philippines and short overseas assignment.
• 10+ years experience
