Electrical Engineer

Job summary


• Responsible for all Machines Maintenance mainly copra oil expeller, Hammer mill, screw conveyor, Bucket elevator, Diesel Generator, Electrical distribution board, Breakdown and preventive maintenance, maintain store & spares inventory and utility maintenance.


Duties & Responsibilities


• Operation and maintenance of Oil Expellers, Hammer mill and conveying systems.
• Handle shift operation from Electrical & Instrument point of view, Process & Utility Equipment independently.
• Understand and responsible for Good understanding & awareness of Electrical Safety
• Independently carryout routine servicing & maintenance of D.G.s, Boiler, Electrical panels, Pump motor and other electrical related problems.
• To carryout proper servicing & maintenance of plant and utility machineries as per PM schedule 
• Responsible to maintain the history cards of the machines and other utility equipment.
• Maintain GMP & 5s in the shop floor.
• Responsible for RCA breakdowns.


Technical skills 
• Individually Troubleshooting of Electrical distribution board.
• Complete knowledge of TPM/ Preventive & Breakdown maintenance.
• Awareness of electrical safety. 
• Having C license is an added advantage.
• Oil mill experience is also an added advantage.

• Basic computer Knowledge of M.S office.

Specification


• Candidate should have Electrical engineering degree or diploma, 5 years of experience with working background on diesel generators.
• Currently working in mid- management position.
• Should have a four wheeler driving license and be willing to work in shifts.
5 years experience in the field, with work experience back ground on Diesel generators and presently working in mid management position. Electrical engineering degree or diploma as a basic requirement. Should have driver's licence and willing to work in shifts.

Project Manager
Job Summary


• The Project Manager is fully responsible for the timely execution of a crushing plant project(Coconut).
• The Project Manager will assume the responsibility of factory manager after the commissioning of plant
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Achieve project completion on time and as per the allocated budget by exercising proper project monitoring skills.
• Coordinates deployment and mobilization of personnel and equipment.
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Monitoring project program with exercising proper quality control.
• Conducting regular site program/meeting with team members and contractors for the smooth progress of the project.
• Identification and implementation of the necessary action plan for the avoidance of hurdles which may impede the project progress.
• Ensuring that safety, health and environment regulations are met.
• Follow up with various regulating authorities and adherence to the required government statutory needed for project implementation.
• Installation and commissioning of the plant.
• Communication with team members, contractors and other stake holders.
• Good knowledge of labour handling and trouble shooting.

Technical Manager
Job Summary
• To manage and co-ordinate the plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labour, safety and environmental policies and regulations

• Planning production, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets.
• Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities.

• Basic laboratory analysis and must have some background experience on electrical engineering.
• Candidate should have a working experience in a managerial capacity of at least 5 to 10 years.
