Job Location: Bangladesh
• Expanding footprint by effectively mapping new business opportunities through newly opened stores in major cities by trade partners and implementing sales promotion activities
• Implementing visibility solutions to bring alive the brand experience at store and outlet level
• Maintaining and managing existing accounts to ensure business sustainability; forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thus enhancing clientele
• Breaking new avenues & driving revenue growth by conducting opportunity analysis and keeping records of market trends/ competitor moves to achieve market-share metrics
• Monitoring team metrics to measure & manage customer service effectiveness
• Scheduling team meetings to answer employee questions, explaining policies & procedures and sharing information to ensure open & complete communication
• Acquiring & developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business
• Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines & service quality norms
• Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, developing and expanding market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets
• Reviewing and interpreting the competition and market information to fine-tune the marketing strategies
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to acquire technical and customer information to enable effective pitching for new business accounts
