Spray Painter for TMT D.O.O. in Croatia

TMT is a family company started in year 1956. We have 220 employees and manufacture welded and machined metal parts for worldwide known companies like VESTAS (Windpower), CATERPILLAR (Hydraulic Shovels, Diesel Engines for Marine Industry), LIEBHERR, KOMATSU and many other. 

We are looking for two qualified and experienced industrial spray painters on a long term for 5 years and more. Company is located in town Lepoglava, Croatia, Europe. We have accommodation in a house, 700m from a workplace, we have a restaurant and can serve food at company.

Job Description


Paint mixing and preparation as per worksheet and paint specifications
Metal surface preparation masking of machined areas, threads and tolerated holes
Using Paint guns, Airless Painting of various machine parts on high estetical level for different industries parts for wheel loaders, tableting, packaging, bottling machines, motors and generators, excavators, etc.
Paint touch up
Drying of paint in drying oven
Verification & testing of paint quality
Filing of check-sheets and test protocols
Perform other duties assigned in course of business
Comply with all safety and health policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Good spoken English / understanding of painting instructions
Education - ITI in Painting, experienced in Spray painting, Airless painting
Min 5 years relevant experience, spray painting cars, visible machine parts that have to be estheticaly at high level
Experience in paint testing equipment as: paint thickness measuring, peel off test and other

Financial offer

Salary: 3 6 lacs p.a.
Accomodation: free
VISA expenses: reimbursement upon joining duty
Travel expenses: joining flight free, home flight free for candidates that stay more than 1 year
