mStarLex Analytics Pte. Ltd.   and its knowledge solution department is seeking good talent to serve our global KPO & LPO customers. Our HR team is recruiting for multiple writing positions. It is an excellent opportunity for prospective candidates to receive training and exposure to the field of knowledge solutions and work on the techniques of customer service skills and knowledge solution process.

Summary of position: 
1. Candidates will be responsible for preparing cases and legal strategies.
2. Candidates will manage various projects and deadlines.
3. Candidates will negotiate, prepare, and revise documents.
4. Candidates need to explain the legal language to clients.
5. Research unique legal issues by identifying applicable statutes and judicial decisions.
6. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect immigration.
7. Develop solutions to complex legal questions.
8. Provide training to companies and individuals on substantive legal topics and updates about new immigration laws and regulations.
9. Assist with the marketing of existing services.
10. Provide input on new services and market strategies.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least S.J.D./J.D/LL.M. in Law or equivalent from foreign universities in the US, UK, Australia, Europe & Singapore.
2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
4. Candidates should be active in bar association(s)
5. Required Skill(s): Excellent written skills


Desired:
1. Preferably candidates with prior Internship or work experience in a variety of employment-based immigration law matters.
