Business Development Manager for Oman

Minimum of 5 years GCC experience in the same field
Should possess valid GCC License
Minimum of bachelor degree
Product: Cast Aluminum Fabrication of Window, Door and Kitchen Cabinet

Responsibility:
1. Propose, develop and manage the firms marketing strategies to meet business targets
2. Budgeting and create reports to produce at monthly meetings to be discussed with the Director
3. Develop an annual Marketing Plan to achieve targeted results
4. Development of tactical marketing initiatives/recommendation of Trade Promotions
5. Accurate forecast of sales demand
6. Enter monthly sales volumes forecast that best reflect forward sales
7. Consumer communications
8. Travel to customer sites for pre and post sales activities involving face-to-face customer contact at all levels of organization.
9. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge, manufacturing industry experience and business skills.

10. Product demonstrations for potential customers highlighting technical capabilities of the Plant node solution
11. Assist with technical trouble shooting and problem solving
12. Business responsibilities
13. Perform analysis of customer situation to identify business needs, pain points and establish objectives or goals
14. Create statement of work, project plan and timelines for professional services and implementation projects
15. Co-ordination with production department
16. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; Integrating contract requirements with business operations.
17. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
18. Leading a sales team
