Lodge Manager for Wildlife Safari Resort in East Africa

Our client is a Resort/Lodge based in the interiors of East Africa close to nature and wildlife/safari.

Responsibility will include

• Managing all segments of a resort/lodge which will be to oversee all aspects of Property Management in accordance with Company mission statement,
• Including maximization of financial performance,
• Guest satisfaction, and
• Staff development within established quality standards

The desired candidate profile is:

• Qualification: Hotel Management and M.B.A (Preferred) 
• At least 5 years of experience in managerial position.
• Strong background in F&B Services.
• Previous experience in handling western tourists.
• Previous experience in Africa will MUST
• Previous experience in Safari/Jungle resort is preferred
