* Minimum 10 year experience as Project Planner in Multi-storey buildings

* Preferable degree in Civil Eng. with Primavera 6.

HVAC Technician
* Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC Maintenance Projects
* ITI or Diploma is must
Chiller Technician
Shall have 8 years' experience as chiller technician doing all types of maintenance including troubleshooting, repair and Preventive maintenance for up to 120 ton
HVAC Engineer
* Shall have mechanical engineering degree
* 8 years' experience in HVAC maintenance and design calculation
* Shall have out of 2 years GCC experience
