Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years of Foundry experience

Molding Lead Man

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years of Melting experience

Fitller

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years of Fetting experience

CNC Operator (Machinist)

Qualification: ITI/Diploma

Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience in similar position.

Responsible for machine up time, loading and unloading of parts
Follow the process control plan, report all the encountered problem to cell lead man
Make sure that the parts produced are based on approved drawing, routing sheet and production work order
Responsible for cutting tools change over and consumption rate
Assist cell lead man in set up and other related jobs
Used only calibrated measuring instruments and gauges
Follow the operational maintenance checklist and maintain the orderliness of machine and entire working area
