- To giving the daily production target.
- To solve the production problem in Work Environment.
- To conduct daily base meeting to workers to improve the productivity and quality
- Man power allocation of each work.
- To maintain the production record, Accessories issue record and Needle inspection machine record
- To follow the production hourly base and achieve the target
- Responsible to take a necessary action in case the conduct of an employee is not giving the hourly target and low quality.
- Should have experience in Production planning
- Should have experience in textile/ mattress/ foam industry
- Solve customer complaints
- Good English communication skill
