We have an Urgent opening for a Leading Manpower Supply Co. in Dubai.


Position: Operation Manager
Requirement: Candidate must have Valid GCC Driving License
Candidate must have GCC experience in their relevant filed
Candidate must have working experience with Manpower Supply or Recruitment Company
Candidate should be able to manage the camps, supervisors, coordinator and handle all the deployment, daily T & A and run the camp operation smoothly


Position: Camp Manpower Supervisor
Requirement: Candidate should be able to manage supervise and drive the coordinators and workers
Candidate should be able to handle 150 or more manpower
Candidate should be able to travel to 2 or more than 2 camp on the same day
Candidate should be able to supervise and train the coordinator and look after the conflict if there's any
Candidate with GCC experience are preferred


Position: Payroll Accountant/ Admin
Requirement: Candidate should be able to handle payroll, salary & invoices for all the workforce - Head office based role
To prepare payroll on behalf of AR HR department calculate salaries & overtime for bilk staff


Position: Grievance Co-Ordinator
Requirement : Candidate must have min 3 years of experience 
Candidate should possess quality to look after the conflict or grievance between the candidate without involving the management
Candidate should posses strong personality and interpersonal skills


Position: Transport Co-Ordinator
Requirement: Candidate must have min 3 years of experience
Candidate must have GCC Driving License
Candidate must have GCC experience
Candidate must know basic English
Knowledge of other languages are added advantage


Candidates residing in Maharashtra are preferred
