 Ericsson 4G/5G Field Implementation Engineer

Preferred candidate should have Ericsson experience in multi domains like LTE, 5G, FTTA, SRAN, Swap.

Requirement:

• Responsible for supervising & implementing various work activities related to end to end field installation and implementation of 2G/3G/4G/5G/FTTA Telecom sites
• Proper communication of team tasks at site
• Supervise QEHS of team members
• Ensure sites works are done within the scope, quality and timelines
• Proper reporting of site progress to PMs
• Coordination with installation team to meet the agreed work schedule which has been instructed by the PM
• Supervise Telecom installation team members on site and take charge of end to end site completion as per SOP.
• Ensure that self and installation team members are working 100% according to the health and safety plan, SOP and requirements.

• Ensure that quality and standards are met as per customer requirement
• Generate Material Order List & co-ordinates/arranges for material delivery to site if required
• Ensure that all snags/deficiencies related to roll out plan are addressed in order to obtain acceptance and to provide the documents required for the preparation of site folder/s
• Attends technical site surveys & PATs scheduled by the customer
• Generates reports as required by the Team Leader and the Manager
• minimum 3 years job relevant experience. Expertise on Ericsson LTE or FTTA or SingleRAN or 5G equipments / technology mandatory
• UAE driving license and 1 to 2 years of UAE work experience will be preferred.
  Prior UAE experience, with valid UAE DL will be an advantage
