Position - Project Engineer or Project Manager
Qualification - B.E/B.Tech is a must.
Experience - Minimum 8yrs+
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the health, safety, environmental and security policies at all times and immediately report violations of these policies to the health, safety and environment representatives;
- Adhere to and support ISO processes, certification renewal & ensure areas of responsibility are in constant compliance.
- Setting and updating HSE and security guidelines for sites under construction.
- Ensure regular site inspections and internal audits are being conducted during civil works, engineering, procurement and installation phase to guarantee conformity to contract requirements and defined standards (timeline, budget, technical scope, quality assurance, HSE, security and local content).
- Review and audit reports prepared by developers/advisor and ensure corrective and preventive actions are established and implemented when needed.
- Review the effectiveness of corrective and preventive measures taken.
- Ensure that emergency plans are developed, implemented, maintained and reviewed
- Ensure that the impacts and risks related to health, safety and environment for projects are anticipated and controlled.
- Ensure proper oversight of testing of equipment and plant facilities prior to plant operation, and ensure test findings are being properly documented.
- Manage the development of status reports, reviews and data analysis by developers/advisor and provide a consolidated view on all projects to the construction director.
- Ensure proper management of disputes/claims across projects and work with legal affairs to ensure resolution
- Ensure identification of potential technical risks across project
- Prepare and review contractors monthly payments.
- Review the reports, Data, drawings of the project and report to management
Professional certification - PMP, NEBOSH OR OSHA
Position - Contract Engineer
Candidates with relevant experience should only apply.
Qualification - B.E/B.Tech
Experience - Minimum 8yrs+
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the health, safety, environmental and security policies at all times and immediately report violations of these policies to the health, safety and environment representatives;
- Adhere to and support ISO processes, certification renewal & ensure areas of responsibility are in constant compliance.
- Perform the department tasks to ensure that all assignments have been effectively completed.
- Prepare, Review and develop the department policies and procedures and how to manage them and to ensure their implementation by coordinating with other related departments/stockholders.
- Integrates overall commercial - technical contracting components and ensures overall contract quality and integrity.
- Negotiates all types of agreements and manages negotiation teams
- Identifies and manages high impact risks to the category, incorporating risk management into contractual agreements.
- Review the proposed contract documents
- Review the work progress reports prepared by the project companies for agreements, checking for contractual deviation and preparation of analysis and observations.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the activities of the department.
- Manage disputes/claims, assess their validity, prepare and conduct negotiations to resolve them
- Update Contract Management Department head on a regular basis about risks and any other critical matter related to the projects
Position - Sewage Treatment Expert
Qualification - B.E/B.Tech
Experience - Minimum 10yrs+
Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor and ensure timely completion of plant goals/action plans, both short and long term.
- Develop a work environment that promotes trust, teamwork quality and safety.
- Ensure the adherence to the policies, practices, and procedures
- Ensure production of a quality product in compliance with quality.
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
- Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety.
- Ensuring that work processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
- Writing management and technical reports to the stockholders.
- Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
- Investigating the incidents and provide the preventive actions to avoid in future.
- Partners with Health, Safety, and Environmental team to ensure compliance with standards, practices, and policies for pollution control, installation, modification, quality control, testing, operating procedure, inspection, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations
- Perform an on-site audit to ensure that specific technical performance criteria for independent waste water projects are met
- Review all technical and engineering reports related to independent waste water projects
- Negotiates all types of agreements and manages negotiation teams.
- Identify and report technical risk management issues and control deficiencies
