Position : Customer Feedback Analyst

Location : MALAYSIA

CTC : up to 20 LPA


Job Description:

Reading user feedback from feedback channels and external forums.

Detecting patterns and anomalies in feedback data and creating an executive summary.

Communicating with feature owners regarding found issues.

Using dashboards and analytics tools built using advanced natural language processing techniques.

Monitoring monthly releases to provide early detection of issues.

Reviewing past regressions to improve the program analytics capabilities.

Working closely with engineers and data scientists to develop better tools for regression detection.

Presenting feedback data in cross-team review meetings.


Job Requirement:

Excellent analytical skills and making data-driven decisions

Experience in dealing with customer feedback

Ability to prioritize customer issues.

Broad knowledge of operating Windows

Demonstrated experience with large, multi-geography, diverse teams

Excellent communication and technical skills

Critical, creative and innovative thinking skills

Collaboration skills the role will require deep partnership with teams across Microsoft.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
