CIVIL TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION

                 

Preferably Diploma holders in Civil engineering or any qualification with 10 years experience capable of handling site activities like quality check execution, and ability to coordinate with contractors, architects, and clients. Must have a thorough knowledge of drawing reading and #work basic knowledge of safety practice.

JOB PROFILE

Acting the on a construction site for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives

Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site.

Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations.

Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plants.

Agreeing on a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project

Agreeing on a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project. Managing, monitoring, and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect.

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed-on deadlines. Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise. Only Industrial construction experienced candidates should apply

Age 35 + preferably married.

Should be able to speak and understand English   

                                                                            

RUPEES    Salary Rs. - 60,000 Max.                                                                                                 

Housing – Free, Food Allowance - $100 PM. Medical Allowance - max. Rs.1000,                  

Conveyance   - Free, Mobile Phone - Free.                                                                                          

  Work Permit - Free – for 2 years. Single status                                                                                     

Air Fare - One return air ticket after every 2 years,                                                                        

   Leave -40 days paid leave after 2 years Only
