Job Title/Designation:
Mechanical Shift Incharge (O&M of Beneficiation, Steel )
-Developing and Implementing plans & schedule for maintenance & Operation with focus on optimum utilization of manpower, machine, method, material & money.
-Planning annual requirement of materials including necessary modifications in the plan.
-Preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance.
-Reviewing resources and constraints and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver project according to plan.
-Advance review of released for Construction drawings to highlight any foreseeable problems during execution.
-Liaise & coordinate with operation supervisor to ensure proper implementation of the plans.
-Monitoring the Engineering limits of Mechanical machine elements for its health conditions.
-Preparation of yearly master Production, maintenance and quality Planning for optimum utilization of Raw materials available in Mines.
-Failure analysis of mechanical equipment's and its remedy
-Monitor entire working to be a Zero Accident Zone with utmost care for human lives and prevent property damage
-Responsible for execution of structural and mechanical equipment erection and alignment.
-Must have experience of handling erection & execution of a project sole handedly.

Education
Must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1st class grade.
