Job Description
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to design, implement and monitor training and development programs
- Report to Management
- Ability to architect hierarchy, gradation strategy and implementation along with leadership skills, structure salary according to the positions.
- Understand the employer's KAP (Knowledge ability & Priority) gap and provide them training accordingly
