The professional should be a graduate in civil engineering or in a relevant field with at least 12 years of post qualification experience. He should have worked on at least 5 road construction supervision projects as a Quantity Surveyor or similar position. He should have demonstrable skills in road construction quantities and in the preparation of tender documents.
