HR Officer

Experience: 8 to 13 yrs.

Position Summary: 
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various Human Resource functions which include new employee induction & orientation, joining formalities, human resource development, corrective 
guidelines & performance management.

Major Responsibilities & Accountability: 

  • Monitor and ensure employee databases are update, conduct employee induction /orientation, monitor internal transfers and joining formalities.
  • Ensure job descriptions and person specifications has been completed and secured before placement of new hired.
  • Verify recommendations for increments/promotions & ensure performance management policies and procedures are implemented.
  • Monitor corrective guidelines / procedures / disciplinary actions implemented by divisions for violations either behavioral, unauthorized absences or other indiscipline.
  • Provide expert advice and support to line managers and employees explaining procedures, policies and employment legislation in a timely effective manner.
  • Co-ordinate with assistant for smooth distribution of relevant documents.
  • Identify training & development opportunities & assist with the establishment of an in-house employee training system.
  • Assists in the operation of the new joining formalities, corrective guidelines, performance management system by recommending enhancements for improvements, coordinating the development and maintenance of the automated system, monitoring policies and procedures, providing training to personnel, working with Information Systems regarding enhancements and performing testing to protect the accuracy and integrity.
  • Recommends employee relation practices necessary to establish a positive employer- employee relation, morale & motivation.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings & attends other meetings & seminars which contributes Human resource development.
Other ResponsibilitiesProvide advice to HR Secretary in issuance of any circular, announcement, memos.

Competencies:

  • Decision making, time management, team building, communication (verbal & written), counseling and supervisory skills. Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets & word processing programs

Work Experience Requirements: 
08 to 10 years experience in the field of Human Resources with minimum 04 years at officer level. Knowledge of human resources management, staff training & development & recognition, etc is indeed a pre- requisite of the position.

Education Requirements/Qualifications: 
MBA or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields from an accredited institution.


Sr. Estimation Engineer

Experience: 8 to 13 yrs.

Position Summary: 
Develop and submit technical and commercial proposals to clients as per the RFQs for all EA related products and services such as SCADA RTU, SOE, OSAS etc.

Major Responsibilities & Accountability: 

  • Prepare schedules in coordination with planning engineer.
  • Attend Job explanation Meeting, site visits and submit the reports
  • Respond to all pre bid and post bid clarifications
  • Attend the post bid clarification Meeting / Kick Off Meeting
  • Develop estimation worksheets in coordination with the team leader.
  • Develop final technical proposals and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with Team Leader for verifications.
  • Coordinate with Estimation Team Members for other categories
  • Coordinate with sales engineers / contractors and Team leader for preparing offer
  • Coordinate with planning engineer for revising schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers / procurement division for obtaining updated quotes.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing etc.
  • Perform all related activities related to preparing & submitting offers.
  • Cooperate with Planning for Handover Documents
  • Perform & adhere to procedures as required by the QMS and other duties assigned by the management
Competencies: 
Should be well versed with Excel Negotiation skills

Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 8 years in Experience in estimation field of Energy Automation products & services.

Education Requirements/Qualifications: 
Graduate / Post Graduate in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation 


Materials Buyer

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

Job Description:
  • Need Diploma in any Engineering stream. Preferably Mechanical/ Electrical or Instrumentation Engg.
  • Need sound knowledge of Procurement cycle from PR to PO to GRN for bought out items.
  • Should be conversant with all standard terms of buying & terminologies involved.
  • Support estimation dept by getting offers during bidding stage of project
  • Read and understand PRs, send RFQ to related vendors and receipt quote for preparing comparative statement.
  • Negotiate with vendor to get best possible terms and prices.
  • Check compliance of Quote with PR and get concurrence from end user for technical scope.
  • Upon approval of Procurement proposal, create PO in ERP system, send to vendor and get OA.
  • Follow up with the vendors for timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendor and end users for project site related activities.
  • Coordinate with various internal agencies like QC for inspection, Warehouse for MRR/MIRs and storage of materials and Finance for vendor invoices & payments.
  • Risk management in case of any damage/breakage/shortage / returns/ rejections etc.
  • Maintain cordial relation with vendors in the longer benefit of organization.
 
Warehouse Supervisor
Experience: 4 to 9 yrs.
 
  • Should have sound knowledge of Warehouse process and procedures.
  • Daily Material receipt, Material Issue, Safekeeping of Materials, Warehouse arrangement as per best industry practices.
  • Coordinate with Buyers for Materials/PO related issues, with QC for Inspection and with Finance and End User for MRR/MIR related issues.
  • Perform Physical verification and stock taking activities as per approved PICC process.
  • Shall be responsible for all stocks maintained in the warehouse, its movement and safe keeping.
  • Making and maintaining Material Master in the ERP system.
  • Coordinate Freight carriers for local movement of materials to vendor/client etc.
Candidate Must have Commerce Graduate and/or Diploma in Warehouse/ Materials Mgt with min 4 5 yrs as Warehouse Supervisor. Good English communication, Warehouse Background. ERP, Computer Operating MS Office, Email etc.
